Personal Profile: Former hotelier who has worked across the UK from The Scottish Borders, to Perthshire, Glasgow and Renfrew to the south of England including Crawley, Canterbury, Deal, Hastings, Rye, Brighton and Sherbourne in Dorset . Recent research has included looking at Aesthetic and Emotional Labour, Learning experiences of International Students and is now currently participating in PhD studies into the strategies and sustainability of Scottish Tourist resorts
