Welcome to the eTourism Capability Project Site.

This Ph.D. research project in eTourism Capability - IT in the tourism industry - is developed through Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.

The project aims to provide managers of tourism destinations with an assessment model for eTourism capability - IT in the tourism industry. The assessment model will be firstly developed in Scotland, but it aims to be applicable to any destination in the world.

This site has been designed to encourage academics, tourism businesses and destination managers to participate on this research, to support those already contributing and to disseminate the outcomes from this project.
