Applications for 2012/13 are now open!

Application Process

You can apply for your place in the Halls of Residence when you receive your conditional or unconditional offer. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis, so apply now to avoid disappointment! All you need to do is click the apply now button at the top of this page and follow the step by step process. First you will need to register your personal details and create a password for the system. Once you have done this, you can continue with the application process. This is a straightforward process and usually takes around 10/15 minutes to complete. You will need to have the following information to hand:

• Your QMU Student Number
• Validation code (you will be issued this when you register)
• Your personal details
• Your next of kin details
• Your email address
• Course title

Unconditional Offer

If you have received an unconditional offer to study at QMU you can apply for student accommodation now and we will be able to process your application and issue you with a contract as soon as you have firmly accepted your offer (subject to availability).

Conditional Offer

You can apply for a place in student accommodation and we will keep your application on file (in date received order) until such time as your offer becomes unconditional. You do not need to contact us when you receive your Unconditional Offer as we will automatically update our records. You are welcome to contact us if you would like confirmation that your record has been updated.

Application Deadline

There is no deadline for applications, however we advise that you apply as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Accommodation Offer

Once your details have been processed, you will receive an email with your offer of a place in our student accommodation. This process usually takes 7 days from the receipt of your unconditional offer. The email will provide easy to follow instructions on how to check the details of your contract, formally accept your offer and make your prepayment.

Non-QMU Student Detail form and email it to:
e-accommodation@qmu.ac.uk. We will then email you with a student number so you will be able to apply online.
